  1. 1. Opening an Account

    • How do I register on the Pin-Up website?

      To create an account on pin-up.bet, click on the “Sign-Up” button located in the top right corner of either website. Then, choose the most convenient registration option using your email address or phone number.

    • What should I do if I haven’t received a confirmation email?

      First, check your “Spam” folder - it is possible that it was accidently sent there. If you do not find the confirmation email there, check to make sure that you entered your email address correctly.
      Enter your email address on the registration page once more. If you are still having issues, please contact our support team (chat menu in the bottom-right corner).

    • What currencies can I use when creating an account?

      You can create your account in rubles, euros, dollars or hryvnia. You can not change your chosen currency once your account has been opened.

    • Can I have multiple accounts?

      Each user is limited to having one account at a time. Should it be identified that a user has more than one account open at a time, the Company reserves the right to suspend and seize the account(s) and all earned winnings tied to the aforementioned accounts.
      Re-registration is only allowed with the company’s explicit permission. If you have forgotten your credentials, it is recommended that you restore them using the “Password recovery” option (which you can navigate to by pressing the “Forgot password?” link in the login window) or contact our support team (chat menu in the bottom right-corner).

    • Can I register if I am under the age of 18?

      A Pin-Up user can be any capable person 18 years of age or the minimum age allowed to gamble, in accordance with the laws of their country.

    • How do I recover my account password?

      To recover your password, click on the “Forgot password?” link in the login window. In the subsequent window, enter your email address. Check your email you specified in the previous window and you should receive instructions to recover your password.

    • What should I do if I didn’t receive a recovery email?

      First, check your “Spam” folder.
      If the email does not appear in your inbox or spam, it is possible that the email address you entered was incorrect. Repeat the steps to recover your account password and ensure that you specify the correct email address.

    • What if I’ve forgotten the email address I used to register my account?

      Please contact our support team and we will help you recover your account.

    • I’ve changed my email address, what are my options?

      Changing the email address tied to your account is considered the same as changing its owner. If you can not restore access to the email address specified during registration, please contact our support team (chat menu in the bottom-right corner).

    • I entered incorrect data during registration or while updating my profile, what are my options?

      If it is discovered that a user is operating with false or inaccurate information, we reserve the right to suspend the account and/or cancel all winnings tied to the account. If you make a mistake while filling out your information, contact our support team to start the procedure to identify the correct owner of the personal account.

  3. 3. Deposit and Withdrawal of Refunds

    • How do I make deposits?

      You can make deposits using the most convenient, accessible method in your country. To do this, go to your account and navigate to the "Cashdesk" section. Choose your preferred payment method and make a transactions. Please note that the minimum deposit amount is 50 RUB / 10 USD / 10 EUR.

    • What kind of bonuses are there when I make deposits?

    • What if my deposit wasn’t credited?

      Claims regarding incoming payments are accepted only upon presentation of a receipt for payment or a check confirming the transaction to the support team in the form of a scanned document or photo.

    • Are there any transaction fees when making a deposit?

      The company does not charge a commission for deposits or withdrawals, however, a commission may be accrued when converting your chosen currency or possibly charged by your card’s issuing bank.

    • Can I use eWallets, credit cards, etc. that do not belong to me when making a deposit?

      You can use only your own eWallets and/or bank cards whilst loading your account. The use of another individual's bank cards for making deposits is strictly forbidden.

      My bonus “burned out”, why did this happen?

      Based on the terms of the specific promotion, the funds on the bonus balance can be canceled due to the expiry of the bonus period.

  4. How do I place a bet?

    In the Sportsbook menu on the left-hand side of the screen, choose the sport you are interested in and subsequently the name of the event. A betting pre-game will open where you can select an event and odds for the expected outcome of this event. The selected odds are automatically added to your coupon. Enter your desired bet amount and click on the bet button to place your bet.

  5. What are the types of betting options?

    A Single Bet stands for the bet on the forecasted outcome for one event. The "single bet" win is equal to the product of the bet amount multiplied by the odds previously settled for the given outcome of the event.

    Accumulator is a simultaneous bet on the forecasted outcomes of several events that are independent of each other. The win is equal to the product of the bet amount multiplied by the "accumulator" odds, obtained by multiplying the outcome odds of all events included in the accumulator bet. The maximum number of events utilizing the Accumulator option is limited to 30.

    A Multiple Bet is a combination of accumulators of a given size from a pre-determined number of events (the maximum number of events in a multi bet is 16).

  6. How do I place a Live bet?

    On the main menu of the site, click the "Live" tab. You will see a betting pre-game with a user-frendly interface, where the data gets updated in real time. All events in the "Live Betting" section occur in real time. Select an event and odds for the expected outcome. The selected odds are automatically added to your coupon. Enter the bet amount and click on the bet button to place your bet.

  7. How do I place an Accumulator bet?

    Select two or more event outcomes (but no more than 30). In your bet coupon, make sure that the "Accumulator" tab is selected, then enter the bet amount and click on the "Make a bet" button.

  8. How do I place a Multiple bet?

    Select three or more outcomes of events (but no more than 16). In your bet coupon, make sure that the "Multi bet" tab is selected, select the capacity, then enter the bet amount and click on the "Make a bet" button.

  9. What is a “Coupon”?

    The coupon (Betslip) is an element of the Pin-up website (located in the right corner of the live and pre-match pages) with which you can bet on the selected outcomes of the events. Set the bet amount in accordance within the limits of the coupon itself.

  10. I placed an incorrect bet by mistake. Can I cancel it?

    All placed bets are considered valid and can not be canceled, but you can make changes to them. To do this, use the unique "Cheque Redact" feature, which allows you to change previously placed bets. This offer is valid for pre-match bets of the "Single" or "Accumulator bet" type only. Alternatively, you can use the "Cashout" feature, which allows you to withdraw your winnings without waiting for the bet settlement. For more detailed information refer to the "Promotions" section.

  11. My bet was settled incorrectly. What should I do?

    All possible non-standard situations are governed by the Basic Rules for Accepting bets. Please read them carefully before proceeding with the allocation of bets. In particular, in paragraph 20 of these Regulations it is stated:
    An event is deemed to be held if it is interrupted, not finished within 24 hours, and if it is played at least:
    Football - 70 minutes;
    NBA Basketball - 40 minutes;
    European basketball - 35 minutes;
    NHL hockey - 54 minutes;
    European hockey - 50 minutes;
    MLB baseball - 5 innings;
    American football - 50 minutes;
    Floorball - 60 minutes,
    in these cases, the outcome (actual result) of the event considered to be held is the result at the time of the interruption of the event (except tennis). In all other cases, the event is considered invalid, including in the case of a tie at the time of completion of matches in sports where the rules do not allow for a draw (basketball, baseball, American football, NHL playoff series, etc.), and all bets (including Live-rates) are considered refundable.

  12. What is a “Freebet”?

    Freebet (free bet) is a customer bonus for participating in promotions, special offers, etc. It differs from the regular bet in that when you make a bet, you are not risking any of your own money. When calculating the balance of your account, the net winnings are recorded without taking into account the amount of the free bet. At the moment the freebet system is still planned for launch, but you can still use other types of bonuses for now.

  13. What is a “Bonus Balance” in Betting?

    A bonus account is an account that the user can use for sports betting (but not for withdrawal of funds), in accordance with the guidelines of the share for which it was credited with bonus funds. For example, in the "Welcome Bonus" section, a user can place bets and receive winnings from their bonus account. The funds from the bonus account can be automatically transferred to a real account and made available for withdrawal after meeting necessary wagering requirements.

  14. How to activate a promocode with bonus or freebet?

    To activate your promocode you need to login on Pin-up site, go to the "Account" section, choose the "Bonus" tab and enter your promocode in the input box. Please note that by entering a promocode the input character register does not matter.

  15. Where can I view my bets?

    To view your bets, go to your account and go to the “Betting History” section. In the window that opens, select the period and status of bets you would like to view, then click the "Show" button. Also, a link to view your bets is available in the sports betting page’s interface on the right, under the coupon.

  16. How can I confirm that my bet has been accepted?

    After you click on the "Place Bet" button, you will see a confirmation window with information regarding the acceptance of your bet. Each successfully placed bet appears in the "Betting History" section as well.

  17. What times are displayed on the list?

    The start times of events are displayed based on the time zone set in the settings of the operating system of your device.

  18. What is the maximum amount that I can win on a bet?

    The maximum win for one coupon is 5,000,000 (five million) rubles or the equivalent in other currencies.
